Blueberry Crumble Pie

1 cup flour

1 cup quick oats

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/3 cup flour

1 Tbsp cornstarch

2 Tbsp lemon juice

5 cups blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 9” pie plate.

Crumble:

Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Press half of mixture into greased 9” pie plate.

Filling:

Mix together white sugar, flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and blueberries. Mixture will be thick.

Spoon blueberry mixture over base and top with rest of the crumble. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream. So delicious!
